ABD Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, and related health and wellness services.
All treatment and advice are delivered by qualified physiotherapists in accordance with professional standards and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) guidelines.

Our services aim to support your health and wellbeing but are not a substitute for emergency medical care or other specialist medical treatment.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee at the clinic’s discretion.

  • If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to ensure fairness to other clients.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is due at the time of appointment, unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and health fund rebates (where applicable).

  • Promotional offers such as 35% off your first assessment are valid for new clients only and may be subject to change without notice.

5. Health Information and Responsibility

To ensure safe and effective treatment, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical and health information.

  • Inform your physiotherapist of any changes to your condition or medications.

  • Follow treatment recommendations and exercises as prescribed.

ABD Physiotherapy will not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from failure to follow treatment advice or misrepresentation of medical history.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
